National games marketed by WCLC with ILC include DAILY GRAND, LOTTO MAX and LOTTO 6/49. ILC is incorporated and authorized to manage and conduct national lotteries. WCLC is a Regional Marketing Organization of Interprovincial Lottery Corporation (ILC). WCLC works in conjunction with the provincial and territorial marketing organizations: Alberta Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis, Sask Lotteries, Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries Corporation, Lotteries Yukon, NWT & Nunavut Lotteries. WCLC's affairs are governed by a Board of Directors consisting of two representatives appointed by each of the Member provincial governments.
The Yukon Territory, Northwest Territories and Nunavut participate as associate members. Western Canada Lottery Corporation (WCLC) is a non-profit organization authorized to manage, conduct and operate lottery and gaming-related activities as agent for its Members, the governments of Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
